ONLINE SERVICE REGISTRATION

Help Desk user application

In order to provide you with more organized and better support, we have also introduced a Help Desk application for online service registration through which you can easily register for service, communicate with one of our operators and monitor the status of your open applications.

We introduced the Help Desk as part of the company's digital strategy with the aim of providing more efficient and organized customer support. This project was co-financed by the European Union as part of the digitization voucher from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO).
