The system is adaptable to different needs of ports and marinas, business models and payment methods.

Intuitive interface

Quick and easy selection of electricity and water connections via the touchscreen integrated into the cabinet itself.

Contactless payment

Simple and reliable checkout in a few steps via several contactless payment methods.

Mega Marine POS – smart marina pedestals

Our marina pedestals are designed as a self-service payment device that simultaneously allow users to easily and quickly use the electricity and water connection for their vessel.

The device is equipped with technology for monitoring energy consumption and enables billing based on actual consumption via credit card and other contactless payment methods.

Main features

MEGA MARINE POS is intended for any type of marina or port where electricity or water billing is required.

The device can be used by multiple users at the same time. By selecting free connections, the user begins their session, during which the consumed energy or water is calculated and at the end, the payment is made.

The device has a total of 4 power connections and 2 water connections. The intuitive user interface – a touchscreen with instructions guides the user through a few simple steps from the start of usage to the end of the session and billing.

Usage procedure

Plug in the water or power connection

Physically connect the electrical or water outlet you want to use for your vessel.

Select the chosen outlet on the screen

Mark the chosen power or water outlet on the screen.

Enter the amount to be charged

Enter the amount you are willing to spend for using electricity and water connections.

Start of service

After confirming the amount, the usage begins and goes on until the amount of funds is reached.

Integrated software and billing options

Our energy cabinet models are equipped with equipment for remote reading of energy consumption (electricity and water), which allows billing according to actual consumption. In addition, we offer the possibility of configuring predefined electricity and water packages, through customized offers.

Payment is made via POS device by several contactless methods.

Bank cards

Payment by bank cards is made with pre-authorization of a certain amount of funds.

The desired amount is entered via the touchscreen, and the use of connections lasts until the pre-authorized limit is reached.

RFID passes

For subscribers, privileged users, those bound by contract, and known users (staff, employees), we offer the option of scanning RFID cards.

One-time PIN

An additional option is to enter a temporary PIN issued by the facility's reception.

QR code scanning

The system also supports the option of paying by scanning a QR code.

The QR code is displayed on the touchscreen – the user scans it with their mobile phone.

Issuing R1 invoices

Possibility of issuing an R1 (business invoice) by filling out a short form via touchscreen.

Billing according to
defined packages

In this way, port authorities and marinas are enabled to charge for the use of electricity and water connections through clearly defined packages.

The advantage of this model is that it is easier to align with existing pricing policies and commercial models.

Main advantages

Guests can simply extend their stay directly at the marine pedestal/kiosk and settle all obligations related to their berth (water, electricity and other services).

This method provides a better user experience for visitors and at the same time relieves the marina staff.

Master-Slave mode of operation

This mode of operation allows the connection of SLAVE pedestals, whose primary purpose is the distribution of electricity and water, with a smart pedestal (MASTER), which in this case serves as a payment station.

This way, users receive electricity and water through SLAVE pedestals, and pay for the service at the MASTER pedestal.

Web application for energy monitoring

Through the web application, the competent person of the port authority or marina can easily monitor data on consumption, consumed energy, daily traffic, payments made, etc.

Traffic reports

The integrated software enables simple billing, automatic fiscalization and review of traffic through daily reports in the web application, ensuring complete control over the business.

Automatic fiscalization

Every successfully completed transaction is automatically taxed according to applicable regulations.

Web application

All transactions and relevant fiscalization data are available to the responsible staff in the web application 24/7.

Traffic reports

Daily traffic reports enable a more transparent insight into business operations and better planning.
